Ten years ago, Carol Cairns closed her Sechelt restaurant, Café Pierrot. But certain parts of the place live on: namely, the restaurant's house dressing, a fresh, all-natural salad topper. Her regulars loved it so much that Cairns found herself bottling and retailing the local favourite. A decade later, she's still at it. Now, Cairns' loyal customers get to taste two new flavours of Eat Your Greens Dressings: Garlic Dill and Asian Sesame.
