“From our first encounter with Eat Your Greens salad dressing, it was a hit with our entire family. The two new additions, Asian
Sesame and Garlic dill, added even more versatility for our palates. I am especially enjoying experimenting with the Garlic Dill. I have
used it both as a marinade and a sauce base for fish, poultry, meat and vegetables. Thank you for providing such delicious, creative choices in food.”

“For more than 5 years, we have been eating our greens and a lot of other colours with Eat Your Greens salad dressing and marinade.
It is a salad staple in our house and we have introduced it to many people who are now fans. We also use Eat your Greens as a marinade on beef
and chicken. It is a delicious flavouring in pasta and rice dishes. One of my own inventions is to coat a roll of goat cheese in sun-dried tomatoes and
green onions and drizzle heated Eat your Greens on top. Served with crackers, it has been a huge hit as an 'appy'. In fact, the truth be told,
we put a dollop of Eat your Greens in almost everything we eat! Haven't found a use for it in desserts — yet!”

“I have been using these dressings since their creation. Unfortunately we cannot get them in Duncan but have to rely on someone to bring a
case when they come here. They are probably the tastiest and most original of any dressing and marinade on the market! They certainly are our family's
favourite!”

“I must tell you how much we really enjoy your Eat Your Greens salad dressings and marinades. We initially
enjoyed the tamari flavour until the other two arrived. I personally like the Asian Sesame but my wife and daughters really like the Garlic Dill.
We use them on salads and I have used both the sesame and tamari as a marinade on chicken and BBQ Salmon, mmmmm.
When ever we get company from the prairies, where my wife and I are originally from, they ask where they can get the dressings from.
They try and buy as much as they can before they head East. Only in BC you say? Well that's their loss.
Thanks for the great dressings.”

“I recently visited my aunt and uncle in Sechelt and walked down memory lane remembering a lot of things from my childhood. One of these was
your restaurant. It was right around the corner from my uncle's dental office and I remembered eating there with my dad, who is now
passed away. I started talking about a place we would eat at every time the family made the trip to the 'dentist'. My aunt said 'oh yes, that was
Pierrot's!' I said I remembered the salad dressing and how good it was, even to a kid who hated veggies. Quick as a wink she said......'Eat Your Greens'!!”
